Stone splitters

MEC stone splitters enable you to process natural stones, irregular and shapeless blocks, either in specifically dedicated processing workshops or directly in the quarry. For this purpose, MEC has designed two different types of stone splitters:

Manual, with open swan-neck or closed structure
Automatic, consisting of one or more closed-type solutions integrated with other systems.

Smooth movement of stone

The operator can easily transport the material over and over again to obtain the desired finished product (cubes, curbs, edging…). MEC stone splitters thus guarantee you the elimination of working downtime and an increase in production.

Zero operator fatigue

Heavy stones are placed under the splitting blade by a belt that moves in and out and speeds up the action time, resulting in less physical effort for the operator who monitors the work of the machine.
