We produce the machines directly with a proper electric system according to the type of the power supply in the country of their destination, adapting and setting the equipment correctly.
We deliver our products according to CE regulations in Europe. We also comply with UL and CSA regulations in North America, and we comply with the future UKCA regulation as soon as it comes into force in the UK. Generally, we pay attention to the terms in force in each country of destination for our equipment.
After having accompanied you in choosing the machinery that best suits your needs, we keep you updated on the production progress.
First of all, we give you all the information to arrange the place for the machine installation. You will know in advance how to handle the machine, how to organize transport, which equipment to prepare to be ready to receive your new MEC machine.
Even after delivery, Mec is by your side, answering your calls or emails in your language on time free of charge.
The technical drawings that come with the machine allow you to easily order the spare parts you might need, simply indicating the number referring to the piece. You can follow our routine maintenance plan while requesting any spare parts calmly. It will help you to have the machine always at the top of its operation. Even in case of urgent and unexpected requests, Mec manages everything immediately to guarantee a fast and efficient after-sale service. We support you not only with shipping the requested parts quickly.
MEC also provides you with all the information or video instructions for the correct installation or replacement of the spare parts.
Thanks to our smart-glasses, we can also support you even in the most demanding service cases and be so effective and fast in any situation, even when we are not allowed to travel.
Mec e-book: It is Mec “technician” in a pocket in digital format.
We deliver with the machine our tablet, which contains all the videos and instructions for autonomous and programmed maintenance. In addition, you may find here all the documents in digital format (manual, technical documentation, declaration of conformity, etc.) ready for watching or downloading.
We give you the possibility to install your machine autonomously: in the e-book, you can watch all the installation and adjustment videos. If, on the other hand, you prefer the presence of MEC in your place, we will send you our qualified technicians.
Our services do not end here: we can also perform a remote installation, at a distance, thanks to our smart-glasses: with the help of a viewer provided by Mec with the machine, it is as if our technician were present to be able to give all the indications to the operators.
Certified quality
The in-house production process is governed by ISO 9001 certification procedures, enabling our professionals to work within the given delivery times, in order to always offer you a quality service. In addition, the ISO 45001 certification allows the internal MEC team to work in total safety. The recognition issued by Confindustria Marmomacchine certifies a Made in Italy production: our systems, as well as their components, are rigorously made in Italy. Mec also has the certification of welding processes and each welder has his own license.

In our constant process of growth and improvement, we have chosen to invest in innovation also within
the production, on the one hand we equip ourselves with machines that allow more efficient machining and, on the other hand, with the implementation of a software that allows to integrate the software solutions already present on the production machines with a new and innovative information system.
For this process we have obtained a co-financing contribution under the ERDF Operational Programme 2014-2020 of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
