Update during production

We will keep you up to date on the progress of production, providing you with all the information you need to prepare for the arrival and installation of the machine. You will know in advance how to handle it, how to organise transport, what equipment to prepare in order to be ready to receive your new Mec

Mec User ebook

At the time of delivery of the machine, we provide you with the credentials to access the spare parts portal, which contains an instruction manual, technical documentation, declaration of conformity, etc., ready to be visualized or downloaded, as well as videos and instructions for autonomous and scheduled maintenance. This is in addition to all the documents in digital format.

Within the portal, you can also check the exploded views of the machines to easily identify the components and send requests for genuine spare parts immediately, ensuring rapid interventions and operational continuity.

We give you the opportunity to install your machine independently: within the portal, you can watch all the installation and adjustment videos. If you prefer MEC to reach your location, our qualified technicians will be ready to provide you with the assistance you need.

Mec smartglasses

We can also enable remote installation thanks to our smartglasses. Together with the machine, MEC will provide you with a special viewer. This will enable your operators to get all the information they need to operate the machine, as if an MEC technician were standing next to them.
