Following this first <strong>positive experience<\/strong>, the Austrian company, satisfied with the investment, decided to purchase a larger MEC machine, still manual and of the <strong>open type<\/strong>, intended for the production of wall stones.<\/mark><\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1612\">By <strong>2021<\/strong>, the quality of the <strong>solutions designed and installed<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>professionalism<\/strong> that Kammerer recognizes in the MEC team, were reaffirmed with the purchase of a new <strong>primary splitting plant<\/strong>. What was the goal in this case? To <strong>replace an old, now obsolete line<\/strong> in order to <strong>increase the productivity<\/strong> of large split-face products.<\/p><p data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"2086\">\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><h2 id=\"h-il-risultato\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_result\"><\/span>The result:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wp-block-columns\"><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><p class=\"before-line\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color\" style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); color: #22489d;\">The <strong>new primary splitting line<\/strong> consists of <strong>two closed-type machines<\/strong>. The processing of granite blocks or slabs is fast and very convenient: the material, sawed on the top and bottom, is loaded from above onto a feed conveyor belt. To handle the material easily and achieve precise splitting, the <strong>primary machine<\/strong>, over 2 meters wide and with more than 400 tons of force, is <strong>rotatable<\/strong>. It is a robust machine, suitable for splitting large granite pieces.<\/mark><\/p><p class=\"before-line\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">The plant continues with a <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">second closed machine<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">, of smaller size and force, with a <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">splitting width of 1,300 mm<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">. This line can be used as a <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">standalone processing plant<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">; the second machine reworks the stones\u2019 head and tail after they come out of the first machine. The line allows <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">two different operations to be performed simultaneously<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\"> on the two machines. The handling system connecting them is fully equipped so that operators can work efficiently and without effort. The plant ends with an <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">additional rubber discharge conveyor<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); font-size: clamp(0.8rem, 0.804rem + 0.286vi, 1rem);\">, from which steps and cladding slabs can be unloaded.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><p data-start=\"2675\" data-end=\"3263\">The Austrian company deliberately chose a <strong>plant equipped with manual controls<\/strong>, in order to produce a <strong>special, top-quality finished product<\/strong>.
