At the time of the machine’s delivery, we provide you with our tablet, which contains all documents in digital format (instruction manual, technical documentation, declaration of conformity, etc.) ready for viewing or downloading, as well as videos and guidelines for self-maintenance and scheduled maintenance.

We give you the opportunity to independently install your machinery: within the e-book, you can view all the installation and adjustment videos. If you prefer that MEC comes to your location, our qualified technicians will be ready to provide the assistance you need.

But the possibilities don’t end here: we can also activate a remote installation thanks to our smartglasses. Along with the machine, MEC will provide you with a special viewer: a solution that will enable your operators to receive all the necessary instructions to operate the machine, as if one of our technicians were right beside them.
