MEC stone splitters are designed for the heavy-duty processing of natural stone, including irregular, shapeless and hard-to-handle blocks. Built to operate reliably both in dedicated processing workshops and directly in the quarry, they ensure consistent performance even under the most demanding working conditions.

Thanks to their heavy-duty construction and durable, high-strength components, MEC stone splitters deliver high and controlled splitting force, enabling precise and repeatable results on difficult stone materials while reducing stress on the machine structure.

To meet different production requirements, MEC has developed two main stone splitter configurations:

• Manual stone splitters, featuring an open swan-neck design or a closed-frame structure, engineered for mechanical solidity, operator control and long service life.
• Automatic stone splitters, consisting of one or more closed-type solutions that can be integrated with other processing systems, ensuring high productivity, operational continuity and industry-leading reliability.
