CONCRETE

Concrete is an artificial conglomerate consisting of a binder mixture (cement), water, and fine or coarse inert materials (sand and gravel). It may also include some chemical inputs and / or mineral additions.

Using vibrated concrete products, it is possible to make self-locking blocks, blocks, fire blocks, plaster blocks.

In all forms of block concrete, it is possible to produce a split face which closely resembles traditional split stone. This product brings a great aesthetic value, finding use in cladding, walls, masonry, road works and gardens. The decorative use of the split face concrete is becoming increasingly popular in the building industry, since it allows attainment of unusual form, color and texture.
Usually, concrete blocks are processed on automatic splitting lines, with H-frame machines.

Processing machines CONCRETE

Featured with heavy-duty frame, STARK jaw crushers are ideal for crushing not only waste marble, granite and natural stone, but also a wide variety of different materials such as agglomerate, ceramic, glass, and concrete. STARK can produce different grain sizes depending on the opening of the jaws.

Mec offers even smaller, manual or automatic machines, specific for some processes, such as waste recovery or horizontal splitting.

Mec offers plants featured with a simple automation, ideal for customers who is approaching the world of splitting for the first time or having limited production requirements. However, they are custom made systems for obtaining different finished products.

In the T2 version, the machine has two heads that pitch (peel) both sides of the slab obtaining in a single passage the rustic and split surface, so sought-after for veneer coverings. Thanks to the presence of two heads, the productivity of this version is very high.

Ideal for recovering waste material, the Horizontal T1 is an automatic machine equipped with one splitting head that pitches sawn slabs, obtaining a split side in view face. The T1 version is suitable for those who do not need high volume production, since they work the slabs on one side at a time.

Automatic splitting plant that splits horizontally small cladding tiles or strips sawn on 6 sides. This small machine can be also customizable.

Ideal for secondary crushing, the CRUNCH hammer mill is a horizontal axis machine provided with rotating hammers. It is characterised by the high degree of size reduction obtained in the fragmentation of natural stone, concrete and aggregates of low and medium hardness.

MEC automated concrete splitting lines can handle the loading, moving, splitting, unloading and palletizing operations for concrete products without the need for operator intervention.
