Farbstein<\/b> ist ein etabliertes russisches Unternehmen in der Herstellung verschiedener Betonprodukte: von Pflaster- oder Br\u00fcstungsplatten <\/span>bis zu <\/span>Palisaden<\/span><\/i>, von Stufen \u00fcber Bordsteine bis hin zu Wandsteinen. <\/span>Die Produkte von Farbstein sind <\/span>dank der <\/span>verwendeten Materialien und der Verwendung von italienischen und deutschen High-Tech-Ger\u00e4ten von <\/span>hoher Qualit\u00e4t<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span> Die Notwendigkeit:<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Farbstein wendet sich zun\u00e4chst mit Interesse an <\/span>der <\/span>Veredelung<\/b> von Betonstein an <\/span>MEC<\/b>. <\/span>Die <\/span>Verwendung von Sichtbeton<\/b> ist zunehmend im Bauwesen pr\u00e4sent, auch f\u00fcr dekorative Zwecke, da er die <\/span>Erzielung von architektonischen Effekten<\/b> von seltener Kostbarkeit in jedem \u00f6ffentlichen, kommerziellen, industriellen und Wohngeb\u00e4ude erm\u00f6glicht. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Aus diesem Grund begann Farbstein seine Zusammenarbeit mit MEC, indem er eine <\/span>HALF <\/b>kaufte<\/span>, einen kleinen Automaten<\/b>, der die Betonformen <\/span>horizontal in zwei H\u00e4lften<\/b> spaltet: aus einem Betonblock mit regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Oberfl\u00e4che auf allen Seiten werden zwei mit jeweils einer Oberfl\u00e4che mit einer unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Oberfl\u00e4che, rustikal, die an gespaltenen Stein erinnert, erhalten. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>Das Ergebnis:<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anschlie\u00dfend wird MEC von Farbstein mit einer <\/span>Linie zum Brechen von Betonstein <\/b>erneut best\u00e4tigt. Es handelt sich um eine komplette Linie, die mit einem prim\u00e4ren Backenbrecher zur Reduzierung der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Betonsteinabf\u00e4lle, <\/span>Stark 15, <\/b>und anschlie\u00dfend mit einer <\/span>Hammerm\u00fchle<\/b> f\u00fcr die endg\u00fcltige Vermahlung von Betonstein ausgestattet ist. Die Linie ist komplett mit einem anf\u00e4nglichen Einspeiseband und geneigten Gummib\u00e4ndern, die das vorgebrochene Material zur M\u00fchle bringen, ausgestattet. Letztere sind mit Abdeckungen versehen, um den Staub nicht zu dispergieren. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Es besteht auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Arbeit der Hammerm\u00fchle zu umgehen und <\/span>die verschiedenen Korngr\u00f6\u00dfen<\/b> auf dem endg\u00fcltigen R\u00fcttelsieb, ebenfalls kundenspezifisch und mit D\u00fcsen zum Waschen ausgestattet, direkt <\/span>auszuw\u00e4hlen<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
