When we think about splitting and working stone we are talking about shifting vast quantities of material , perhaps even tonnes, of all different shapes and sizes.

Obviously a person has to control and oversee a production process, but there’s no point in increasing the manual workload by also having to continuously shift the raw materials - thereby also involving more time, more effort and extra costs. MEC has come up with a way to enhance productivity. To facilitate the stone splitting cycle we have developed a vast series of industrial conveyor belts.

Standard or customised conveyors ; with metal caterpillar belt, with rollers or in rubber. Widths range from 60cm to 140 cm. The height and length depend on the customers requirements and we will match your requests

It’s not a problem dealing with heavy stone as the conveyor systems can also be equipped with hydraulic, rotating or arm clamp manipulators.
