MEC BOSS T2...SIMPLY PRODUCTIVE
The MEC BOSS T2 automatic splitting machine was built to broaden our fleet of machines, targeting those customers who not only want to break stone, but who wish to work it also.

It is configured not only to automatically pitch marble strips and small square marble tiles, but harder stones as well.
Appropriate both for narrow and for wide materials, it adjusts manually and rapidly.
It can be used, in perfect safety, by relatively untrained personnel, being that it was in fact designed to be simple.

It provides flexibility, operating as a common pitching machine, working from below and also from above, to maintain constant slab thickness.

SEZIONATRICE SZ1
This is the most appropriate type of machine to use for splitting stone which has obvious grain lines, such as slate.
The correct splitting position is obtained by a laser system. The operator and the controls, are positioned safely at the side of the machine. Exerting a force of over 65 tonnes the machine is able to deal with stones up to 1.2m long, 1m wide and 0.6m high.
The Sezionatrice SZ1 is a quality certified, horizontal stone splitting machine, that has surpassed numerous tests to prove itself as a versatile and worthy tool for all types stone that need to be split horizontally.

HORIZONTAL SPLITTING MACHINE SL 280
A completely automated machine that halves uncut or sawn pieces, to produce small granite blocks and slabs. It was conceived to avoid the sawing process.
Able to deal with a maximum width of 28cm and length of 35cm, the height must be between 12cm to 20cm. The material is placed on a conveyor system and is then transported to be processed automatically at a splitting rate of between 3 to 5 seconds per piece.
This machine splits horizontally with a force of up to 50 tonnes.
