The Stark series of crushers is distinguished by a robust structure, suitable to crush all kinds of materials, even very hard ones, such as granites, porphyry, and agglomerates, as well as materials with an average hardness like marble and stone in general. The ideal solution for both primary and secondary crushing processes of inert, they are capable to sustain a production output of up to 20 cubic meters/3hrs, with low operational and maintenance costs.

The crushing line is made up of:

• Feeder
• Jaws crusher
• Conveyor belt
• Vibrating screen

Three types of feeders are available: vibro-oscillating, reciprocating, and wheeled.

The conveyor  with steel slats at the inlet and outlet of the crusher is also available in closed version.

The vibrating screen comes in three versions: with one, two, or three decks, which respectively produce two, three, and four selections of granulometry (grading).

The crushing line changes the complements based on the type of crusher used.

Also available:

• Small buckets with wheels for the collection of the material selected
• 1 m³ caisson for the collection of the initial waste materials to be unloaded on the initial loading belt

The products obtained from the crushing process can be used in several ways, such as:

• crushed stone for flooring and road filling;
• urban furniture and gardening;
• reclamation of blocks and slabs of marble and granite;
• production of resin tiles and crushed aggregate for terraces.

Thus finding new application and reducing scraps and wastes to a minimum.
